Are there any extra fees:

Shipping fees ARE included in monthly subscription. May be applicable for Sales Tax. Shipping IS NOT included in individual box purchases.

Do you Charge Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be charged for orders and subscriptions shipping to an address in a state in which we operate. Currently, sales tax is charged when shipping to New York

When will I be charged:

Upon monthly subscription purchase, you will be billed in initial purchase. Order will have a 7 day processing time. Next billing cycle will be on the 5th of every month and shipped by the 15th excluding Sundays and national holidays. For questions email

What forms of payments do we except:

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards, or debit cards as payment for monthly subscription and one time orders.

I placed my order, now what?

Once you have purchased your box please allow 7 business days to process your order. All subscription shipments will be only be shipped on the 1st or 15th of every month, excluding Sundays and national holidays. You will receive tracking information via email.

Can I cancel my subscription:

Yes, you can cancel anytime before your billing cycle via email

Can I return:

Unfortunately no, because samples are placed to order there will be no refunds.

 Can I change monthly themed box:

Yes, you can change your themed box before your billing cycle by emailing with your full name, email and what themed box you would like to change to.
